JOB DESCRIPTIONCritical Tasks/Responsibilities? Manage Field Delivered Service (FDS) projects to new/existing customers.? Write project scope of work for customer and contractors.? Provide plan review of new sites to confirm specification requirements are met. ? Assist customer with specification changes and requirements.? Locating and qualifying new contractors? Manage and coordinate contractors. Provide onsite oversight and quality inspections. ? Organize and/or complete site surveys? Quote EMS installations from site drawings or surveys? Generate project estimates and proposals for Key Account Manager? Engineer project equipment requirements? Develop Installation Plans and Schedules via MS Project or appropriate application.? Works with FDS Team and Services Manager on requesting and scheduling Field Service Engineers.? Support Field Service Engineers through construction and remodel projects? Confirm that final close out paperwork and invoicing is correct? Process Final Project Approval Notifications and Final Invoicing Verification? Provide construction and project management oversight of related Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC / Refrigeration installation.
Basic Minimum Skills Required? Bachelor Degree or 5 years minimum experience
in the Refrigeration, HVAC and/or Controls Energy Management Industry,
preferably in Food Retail? Project Management skills in construction, retrofits,
remodels and commissioning.? Experience and skills in identifying opportunities,
estimating and proposal creation.? Excellent time management and coordination
skills? Excellent customer service and communication skill? Must be a team-player?
Self-sufficient/self-starter? Willing and able to travel up to 50% on occasion.
