The US Wholesale Merchandise Coordinator will act as the field executive for the brand by focusing on training and building strong relationships within department stores. Travel will be required to remote stores within the territory 4-6 times per year. Merchandise Coordinators must also travel to the New York City Corporate Office and additional domestic remote locations 2-4 times per year.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in vendor merchandising to

Partner with store management to train managers and associates both regionally and by door on company standards and product knowledge.

Build and cultivate strong relationships with store management and staff to drive business initiatives and communicate regularly regarding store information.

Ensure Coach merchandising standards are met in the store and back of house .

Supervise the installation of Coach shops and in-store fixture programs.

Lead floor sets.

The accomplished individual will possess

Strong visual merchandising skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong initiative, ownership and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication, analytical, training and presentation skills.

Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills required, experience with PhotoShop and digital photography highly desired.

Knowledge of retail math.

Residence in or be able to commute to the territory listed, as relocation expenses will not be covered for this position.

An outstanding professional will have

3+ years of full time Vendor Merchandising and Retail Management experience (i.e. floor sets, meeting account needs, maintaining standards).

Superior retail and/or customer service experience strongly preferred.

Experience working with department stores strongly preferred.
