JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description:
We are currently seeking to hire a Field Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue her in the Austin area. Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the sales team activitiesEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on team and individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsJoint Field work with new agents Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients Health & Life Insurance License is required, but can be attained during the onboarding processInterested candidate should submit resume for consideration to Travis Serigny at email@example.com.
