JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are looking for a Field Sales Manager; a selling pro who doesn't have any interest in sitting in an office, doing paperwork, writing emails and solving other people's problems.
Our Field Sales Manager will be a highly motivated, proven winner who will make our sales team more successful. This manager will teach and coach and show our team how it is done. This manager will hold our sales people accountable for doing all the things necessary to source new business and close sales.
In addition, when necessary, our Field Sales Manager will intervene to help get the job done. We are looking for an individual who has an intense desire to win, not only for themselves but through the success of their team. Winning through others is enjoyable and rewarding for our Field Sales Manager.
Our Field Sales manager will work with our leadership team to create successful strategies that will result in winning on the field of play.
We call on contractors, builders, remodelers, designers and architects. We are experts in our industry and we build long term, trusting relationships with these decision makers.The Field Sales Manager is responsible for selling throughout our 60 county territory.
