Job Description
Field Marketing Coordinators (FMCs) execute plans developed to drive end user conversions that allow Stanley Black & Decker to win market share in the industrial construction market segment. The territory will cover Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities include:


* Establish relationships with the markets to the top end-user accounts in your respective commercial and industrial market.

* Product knowledge expert with special focus on commercial cordless/corded perform and protect products, Power Tool Accessories, Hand Tools and Anchoring and Fastening.

* Trade Focus Specialist within the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Industrial Trades focused on End Users Engagement and Conversions within the Trades.

* Managing all communication and information on our National End Users, CORE customers and markets Top 100 list

* Coordinating with the outside sales, service, field marketing and inside marketing teams on an end user plan for his/her specific region.

* Partner with distribution to establish relationships with end users.

* Managing all the internal and external resources and funds for the targeted end user to drive sell-thru and conversions to capture market share

* Participate in regional and national blitzes

* Ability to provide hands on demonstrations and Safety Training in a commercial and industrial setting.

* Develop Strategic Plan for market to deliver results.

* Maximize budgets to drive top line sales.

* Up to 75% Local Travel

* Up to 25% Overnight Travel

Employee Specifications:

* Bachelor s degree

* 2-3 years of experience in direct outside commercial account support in consumer/industrial goods industry.

* Self-starter, goal-oriented, high-energy individual.

* Strong communication skills.

* Be motivated by sales and driven to achieve sales goals.

* Valid Driver s License

* Physical Ability to travel daily
