As part of our best in the business, highly qualified, team of hard working and fun loving field service engineers you are the backbone of our great company by ensuring our customers are up and running using our instrumentation as productively as possible. This role is critical to ensure we stay ahead of the competition, maintain our high customer satisfaction, and keep on reaffirming our name as the global leader in scientific instrumentation.
As a graduate in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology you have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation and maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture including gas and liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and spectroscopy instrumentation complete with the appropriate software solutions. Just as critically you will use your consulting skills and improve customer satisfaction by proactively advising customers on the application and methods they are running to help them achieve improved scientific results and efficiency in their lab.
To be really successful in the job you should have a relevant Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology. Master degrees will be considered as well
You enjoy being in front of customers and supporting them while demonstrating your technical expertise.
