Field Service Representative Houston(Route drivers needed)

Oakwood Temporary Housing is currently seeking an experienced customer service / delivery professional who likes to make a difference to customers and build business for the company! This associate will be the liaison between sales and operations as a Field Service Representative. The associate will work in Houston, but travel to properties in the Houston suburbs over 50% of the time. Essential functions of this position include:

Review daily reservation schedule and coordinate client Meet and Greets.
Conduct and track guest pre-arrival calls.
Responsible for meeting clients on-site at property and reviewing property amenities, special requests and Oakwood contact information.
Responsible for key management including move-in and move-out packages, replacements, and master keys.
Act as a liaison between District Office, Home Services, and all after-hour companies. Follow-up to ensure resolution.
Participate in apartment walks and inspections.
Deliver groceries and supplies to apartments.
Special projects or other duties as assigned.
Submit, follow up and track all service requests.
Receive all service calls from existing tenants on a daily basis.
Communicate with District Manager on any service recovery needs on a daily basis.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service experience and strong communication skills
Ability to organize multiple projects and analyze problems and execute solutions
Work independently
Communicate effectively internally and externally between multiple offices
Prioritize competing deadlines
Able to carry up to 50 pounds
Call center experience desired
Route driving experience
