Manages all activities and systems related to the operational aspect of training of HSPS products and services throughout the field. Ensures that timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded at all times. Manages and assists in the achievement of individual, team and department goals.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Manages the overall training operations within specified territories including: Hiring, training of new recruits and certifies independent trainers for all HSPS products for customer in-office training programs. Manage financials according to budget including reviewing, approving training compensation and payment requests. Manage overall quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
* Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
* Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
6 years experience in related field with 2 years previous management experience. High knowledge level and experience with Dentrix Enterprise and/or dental office processes and procedures.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of corporate training program administration.
Understanding of adult learning preferences and instructional design processes.
Knowledge of effective software training methods.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Customer service skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, handle stress, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Aptitude for self-directed study and willingness to learn about technical products with limited guidance.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on concurrent projects.
BA Degree or 6 years equivalent experience in a related field as indicated above.
