Job Description

The Finance Business Partner - Power Generation will support new bid proposals via financing, tax, cost and cash modeling as well as drive improved performance for Rolls-Royce Power Generation business. This is a key position within the Energy business and interfaces directly with Rolls-Royce, PLC Group Finance and Energy Senior Management. This individual will serve as the primary contact for the project management office and key member of the Power Generation Commercial team.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare worldwide Power Generation (PG) original equipment monthly and year-end management reportingReview booked projects for on-going changes to revenue/cost/cash and risk mitigationsMonitor potential project liabilities including LD's and back-chargesAssist in quarterly business reviewsPrepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliationsWork with international sites to ensure accurate PG financial reportingSupport & plan short-term and strategic business forecastsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencyProvide financial analysis & support to marketing, sales, and project management functions

Basic:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 9 years of experience in budget and financial analysis Excellent PC skills with proven ability to develop and modify sophisticated financial
Preferred:
CPA or CMA Manufacturing industry experience Project governance experience Experience using Hyperion & SAP Awareness of commercial, tax and financing methods Ability to adapt to and contribute to organizational change in a fast paced business environment
