JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Description
Perform FP&A support for the corporation, including general ad hoc analyses as well as expense management support for multiple departments, including Human Resources, Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Project Management Office and Payment Policy Management operations. Additional functions will include administration of the process for new hire requests from generation to approval.
Work with business partners in the aforementioned departments to design and build recurring operating reports that assist business leaders in the management of their departments.
Perform ad hoc analyses to quantify revenue opportunities and cost implications for initiatives in the aforementioned departments.
Collect new hire requests from business leaders in all departments across the organization, verifying that all relevant fields are included and accurate.
Work with business leaders to prepare and clarify rationale for new hire requests, incorporating metrics including Return on Investment whenever appropriate.
Work with Human Resources to quantify payroll implications of new hire requests.
Aggregate new hire requests and deliver consolidated reports to new hire committee members on a regular basis prior to committee review sessions. Continually assess headcount approval process and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging technology to automate process components where possible.
Interact with business leaders and members of the Senior Leadership Team throughout headcount approval process, supplying them with supporting information as requested.
Serve as finance support for Project Management Office initiatives related to corporate functions and business segments.
Ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Experienced professional with a BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
2+ years of financial management and analytical experience, including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong analytic skills, including ability to identify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
