* Responsibility for maintaining various financial schedules for iX/Digital operations

* Assist the Finance Manager in effective and efficient month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance to GAAP as well as internal policies

Assist in the creation and preparation of annual budget & quarterly forecast

* Research account variances on balance sheet and income statement for financial reporting

* Preparation and posting of journal entries to the general ledger

Monitor client budgets on a project basis for digital team members to help identify & prevent over service

* Track billable time for digital team to ensure revenue is allocated accordingly

* Ensure IOA is received for all work performed by iX Team

* Monitor jobs, estimates and rate cards to ensure accuracy

* Maintain client burn reports to track actuals vs budget

* Assist Finance Manager in preparing monthly client account reviews

* Assist in new vendor setup and invoice processing

* Monitor project activity for digital team to ensure job codes are opened/maintained/closed accurately and in a timely manner

* Receive & maintain POs and match jobs with appropriate retainer in log

* Monitor and analyze resource allocation vs. utilization

* Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)

* 1-2 Years Experience as Financial Analyst

* Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a clear, concise and complete manner



* A commitment to solving issues & driving projects to conclusion in a timely manner

* Strong analytical skills

* Ability to function well in a team environment

* Ability to handle multiple priorities

* Knowledge of SAP software is preferred but not required.

* Excellent experience with MS Office, especially Excel. Creating and using complicated spreadsheets are part of everyday work, so the ideal candidate should be very computer adept and a fast learner of new applications.
