Job Description
Responsibilities: The responsibilities include the budgeting and forecasting activities for the mortgage business unit. This position will play a critical role in the development and improvement of the current forecasting process and operating metrics. Essential Job Functions: * Preparation of annual financial plan & monthly forecasting process * Preparation of monthly financial reporting packages * Develop and monitor key operating statistics in concert with leadership from each business unit * Analyze financial results versus forecast and investigate variances * Develop solutions to ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests
