Job Description
The role is within the Corporate FP&A team which is responsible for the provision of management accounts, forecast, budgets, long range plan and group level financial analysis to ExCo and the Board of Directors specifically relating to the sales group.

Budgeting and Forecasting
Ownership and maintenance of budget and forecast models
Assistance in the analysis, review and consolidation of functional submissions
Assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management including key forecast data
Assistance in the preparation and analysis of the group's consensus model
Act as point of contact for finance teams across the business to provide IT support for budgeting and forecasting systems
Monthly Management Accounts
Ownership and maintenance of reporting models/ reports
Report building where necessary to drive monthly process improvements
Posting of monthly standard journals received from reporting functions
Assistance in the analysis, review and consolidation of monthly management accounts
Assistance in the preparation of financial analyst slides and CFO blue books and key flash actual data
Act as point of contact for finance teams across the business to provide IT support for monthly reporting and journal processing

30% Ad-hoc projects
Assistance with the development of the group's Long Range Plan reporting
Assistance with the development of peer group and industry benchmarking and trend analysis

- BA or BS degree is a must accounting, finance focus preferred.
- Minimum Experience of 2+ years in the finance functions, mainly in FP&A related positions
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel
- Previous pharmaceutical experience preferred but not essential
