The Financial Analyst will be a key partner to the business with direct interactions with various channel managers new business ideas, making analytical judgments, and providing data intensive analyses to drive meaningful change. li Facilitate business partners in development of forward looking trends including quarterly Financial Forecasting and Annual Plan. /li li Identify and communicate plans’ risks and opportunities. /li li Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents /li li Build and maintain financial models. Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by business partners /li li Review invoices and accruals each month as part of the close process /li li Partner with key business stakeholders (Business Development and Account Management teams) to ensure that we are structuring profitable agreements with our partners /li li Help identify key risks within a potential partnership and work to both mitigate the risks and accurately quantify the risks /li li Develop business cases as needed for business ideas, including potential channel enhancements and new sources of demand /li /ul
  br B Financial Analyst Job Qualifications: /B br ul
li Bachelor’s degree (or better) from an accredited institution /li li 3 – 5 years work experience in a similar analytical role /li li Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making /li li Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills /li li Financial reporting experience with Strong spreadsheet, data-management, and presentation skills /li li Demonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes /li li Ability to lead and influence decisions across various internal functions /li li Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Individual contributor and work well in a team environment /li li Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences /li /ul
