PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing/analyzing data, ME Closing tasks, forecasting, data reporting & reconciliations for Global Functions departments assigned. The analyst will liaise with the various department managers to better understand the variances and the expected results. Become a key point of contact for the Global Controllers and assist them in understanding the variances.

MAIN MISSIONS :

* Responsible for the month end closing and quarterly forecast for NAM global functions

* Provide financial support to business partners

* Participate in preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews/RFs & PRIOR Process

* Maintain fees schedules and BAAT schedule for accruals

* Prepare reports and make analysis to help business team identify variances with Target/PRIOR

* Participate & Prepare business cases for various functions as needed.

* Maintain Shuttle processes in coordination with Group performance team, animate trainings and communications to local controllers on changes, processes, deadline, etc., manage consistency of information in the tools

* Reconcile and ensure consistency between Shuttle and HFM ,

REQUIREMENTS :

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

* 2-4 years professional work experience in corporate finance or a related field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Detail-oriented, with proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables)

* Prior experience with SAP & Essbase

* Ability to analyze and recognize problems in order to explain root cause

* Well organized & have the ability to multi-task.
