You will join a dedicated team of financial professionals who are focused on reaching financial goals, while providing prompt, accurate billing services and excellent customer service.
The Assistant Financial Counselor will be responsible for representing Northside Hospital in patient financial matters pertaining to requests and reviews for financial assistance. Works with the Patient or Patient Representative to coordinate appropriate interaction and assistance according to Northside Hospital Financial Assistance policy and procedure.
One year experience in collections or Associate s degree in business. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. Good communications skills. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

WORK HOURS: 8am-2pm
WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: No
