Job Description:

Weston Financial has an opportunity for a Financial Associate to join its team of dedicated wealth management professionals. Founded in 1979 and located in Wellesley, Mass, Weston is a registered investment advisor and is a division of Washington Trust Wealth Management.

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a goal of working in the financial advisory industry. The individual will gain exposure to the many facets of planning for high-net worth individuals - including investments, retirement and education planning, estate planning, tax planning and risk management.

The Financial Associate works directly with Senior Financial Counselors and will become an integral part of helping to service the Counselor s client base. Responsibilities include financial modeling, asset allocation, performance reporting, investment analysis and many other planning related activities. The candidate should be well organized and should be a strong team player. The Financial Associate will have direct contact with clients and therefore should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates should have a bachelor s degree, preferably in finance. Past experience is not required, but previous experience with financial modeling and investments is desirable.
