Financial Outreach Analyst 8/9/2016

Bachelor's degree (concentration in accounting, finance, or management preferred), or equivalent related work experience and education is required. Two to Four years of financial services outreach experience or related experience. At least two years of administrative and support experience. At least two years of related banking industry knowledge and experience.
Financial Institution Outreach Analyst (Part-Time) Client is seeking a part-timecontingentworker to work in our Financial Institution Outreach Department for 2 to 3 days per week. Coordinates customer meetings for the Financial Institutions Relations Department. Under minimum supervision, coordinates with Bank staff to set a schedule for the Bank's Annual Field Meetings and conducts additional outreach events. Works with internal staff to ensure availability and readiness of materials, documentation and presentations for customer meetings. Prepares meeting materials, handouts and attendees name badges. Coordinates with hotels and other facilities to arrange highly effective and professionally conducted events and business meetings that are held with Client customers and constituents. Negotiates contracts, makes decisions and recommendations on events logistics, venues, meeting floor plans, etc., and makes determination on details. Provides direction and guidance in assisting with planning and coordination efforts of other Financial Institution Outreach events. Develops and maintains automated processes and databases of Field Meeting invitees, invitations and registrations. Produces reports for senior Bank management. Reviews and edits written reports of each outreach visit, follows up on any issues uncovered during this process. Serves as the Bank's contact for various Client and otherbanking association functions. Supports department objectives through participation in other related duties assigned. Fulfills duties and responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practices.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
High level of proficiency in bank approved applications, including Word, Excel, Dynamics, and Access, etc. Ability to learnother applications as needed. Must be able to deal and effectively communicate with bank CEOs and other senior staff members. Possesses a strong focus on providing a high level of excellent customer service to our customers. Familiarity with Bank standard database management tools and knowledge of web based meeting management tools. Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving, planning, and analytical skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective listening. Knowledge of Third District customer base and some financial products and services.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to effectively work with others in the Bank to address issues raised during outreach meetings, functions and event. Must be able to demonstrate strong automation skills. Some overnight travel may be required. DMV background check. Must have flexibility in the work schedule.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to drive long distances and carry materials for meetings and perform set-up duties. Applicants must be able to provide work authorization to prove their eligibility to work in the United States.
