Financial Reporting and Analysis Senior Staff

Job Description and Responsibilities

* Review and analysis of WW consolidated financial statements
* Analysis of subsidiary financial statements for accuracy, trends, etc.
* Treasury analysis - cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, fair value accounting, account for derivatives, analyze foreign exchange exposure and expense
* Accounting for complex transactions and analysis of complex data
* Perform accounting research and document/present conclusions on technical accounting issues to senior management
* Assist in monitoring compliance to rules and regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley
* Assist in preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K
* Other special projects for senior management

Education and Work Experience

* BS and CPA required, MBA a plus
* 8-10+ years of public accounting, corporate financial analysis and/or treasury experience
* Working knowledge of treasury concepts, analysis and accounting
* Strong analytical ability
* Ability to research technical accounting issues and recommend solutions
* Revenue recognition experience a plus
* Ability to work independently
* Exceptional written and communication skills
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally for special projects
