We are seeking a Financial Services Call Center Rep to handle both incoming and outgoing calls for our client base of financial service providers.� As a Financial Services Call Center Rep, you will receive complete training and ongoing support/feedback to ensure that you are able to remain relaxed and confident on your calls and that you are equipped to provide the best in sales and customer service support.




Financial Services Call Center Rep ��" Sales Representative


Job Responsibilities
As a Financial Services Call Center Rep, you will conduct inbound and outbound calls to provide sales and customer service support on behalf of our financial services clients.
Your specific duties as a Financial Services Call Center Rep will include:

-Conducting sales and customer service calls by reading from a pre-approved script
-Conducting outbound calls to sell a variety of financial service products, including insurance, credit card and short/long-term loan products
-Taking inbound calls from financial service customers with various service issues
-Handling customer issues and overcoming objections
-Achieving performance and quality goals on a consistent basis
-Recording all call information into the computer during calls ��" may include toggling into screen containing client billing system
-Participating in daily team huddles for script updates and information about the day�� s schedule
-Taking part in ongoing training, monitoring and evaluation to ensure optimal performance

Job Requirements
As a Financial Services Call Center Rep, it is important that you are personable and able to remain friendly and engaged during calls. At the same time, you should also display an assertive personality and be motivated by a competitive nature. The Financial Services Call Center Rep position will require that you be self motivated and detail oriented, with a strong work ethic.


Specific qualifications for the Financial Services Call Center Rep position include:

-4 years work experience, including at least 2 years in the same job; experience with customer interaction (such as a store clerk or waiting position) preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to accept constructive criticism/guidance and adapt accordingly
-Computer proficiency preferred
-2 year Associate degree a plus
