Adecco is assisting a local client, recruiting for a Financial Services Operations Analyst (2-3 years of experience) to join a team in RTP, NC. This position is for Adecco?s client who is a multi-national corporation who manufactures and sells IT and communications equipment and systems. It is headquartered in Japan, with offices throughout the world. It is a great opportunity with a well-established company and offers a competitive W-2 compensation and benefits package.

The Entry Level Regional Services Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services for the respected region; managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics and reporting business operational metrics. This is a vital role within the Services organization. Below outlines the role and responsibility of the Operations manager:

Financial / Operations Metrics:
Work with Finance and country focals to provide regional view of financial and other operational metrics
Opportunity / backlog reporting - consolidate region?s services opportunities (pipeline) as well as revenue / cost forecasts.
Establish weekly / monthly cadence to report on progress against targets to both Services leadership and broader cadence input
Assist with development of budgets / targets / strategic planning for Services
Development of Services cost rates, ensuring full cost recovery of delivery centers
Work with Finance to ensure cost recovery using the inter-company process (ICA)
Report other Operations metrics on a regular basis (Org chart, utilization, attrition, skill development, etc.)

Customer / Vendor Management:
Maintain central repository for customer and vendor documents ensuring there is no audit exposure
Submit contract packages to fulfillment organization & ensure integrity of billing. Understand contract terms, invoicing schedule, taxes, revenue recognition requirements
Set up / tracking / billing of internal projects
Assist team to ensure Purchase Orders are set up correctly to ensure proper classification of costs, reconciliation of POs/Invoices, and other procurement activities
Work with Finance to ensure proper matching of revenue / cost; accruals / deferrals made for required entries, and proper reporting by project

Process Innovation:
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization?s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Work with WW Operations team to develop standard processes / procedures for the Services organization
Ensure end users are trained / understand the processes / procedures and are compliant

Liaison with other functional areas:
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Support regional management team with day-to-day Operations / reporting
