Industrial laundry company looking for a fleet mechanic
at our facility. Must have a valid drivers license, and
class A CDL. Qualified applicant should be able to
perform all vehicle repairs, have diagnostic knowledge
with GM drivability, and some diesel experience. Must be
willing to work overtime on short notice and perform
occasional road calls.

The Fleet Mechanic fully manages a fleet of trucks and
all aspects of the fleet (inventory, ordering, safety,
PMs, registration, etc.). The Fleet Mechanic is
responsible for carrying out all corrective,
preventative, and predictive maintenance on fleet
vehicles to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable
operation of the fleet. You will be responsible for
maintaining fleet vehicles in a safe working condition
meeting DOT or other regulatory requirements.
Other Responsibilities include:
Ensure that all vehicles and drivers are properly
Ensure that all preventative maintenance is performed
Ensure that all vehicles clean to enhance our image
Keep garage clean, safe and maintained in a safe
Purchasing parts and monitor for best pricing and
Provide back up for a shuttle run, or route deliveries
High School Diploma is required, Two year degree from
technical school or equivalent experience preferred.
Must have a safe driving record. Inspection License
preferred. Ability to perform all vehicle repairs, have
diagnostic knowledge with GM drivability, and some
diesel experience preferred. Ability to work
independently in 2 bay garage. Must provide own tools.
