We are currently seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to expand Kenworth's presence within key fleets operating in Canada.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to:
Responsible for developing relationships and strategies to successfully conquest new accounts and achieve aggressive market share goals. Develop customized transportation solutions that meet these customers' needs and expectations. Effectively manage time and performance while working independently and with Canadian Dealer Network Communicate effectively with decision makers at large national fleets Approximately 50% travel required Position will be based out of Toronto, Canada
Four year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Engineering or Business Administration required. Minimum of five years wholesale/retail truck experience or relevant experience in related heavy equipment industries. Proven experience at meeting and exceeding challenging business goals through planning and execution. Strong interpersonal and business acumen skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiating and selling skills. Understanding of capital financing. Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex product knowledge. Long and short term planning and execution skills. Strong Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Outlook.
