JOB DESCRIPTIONa.i. solutions is a small aerospace engineering and IT services firm with local roots in Huntsville. a.i solutions is seeking a driven individual with mission assurance experience who is resilient in nature when working towards completion of his/her tasks. The Analyst will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance (QS) organization providing support across multiple divisions. The Analyst will understand the importance of providing timely support to all tasks and will be a motivated individual experienced in taking initiative to identify and solve problems. The Analyst will act as an individual contributor and in an established team environment as required by the specific needs of each task to meet customer requirements.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Observe and support MDA flight and/or ground tests to ensure that all configuration changes are documented and all notifications of such changes are appropriately channeled per Quality and MDA standards
Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to foster efficient workflow across multiple parties including: government customers, technical staff, and other contractors
Develop and brief charts on configuration issues
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain technical documentation with the assistance of technical experts
Coordinate organizational deliverables
Coordinate, analyze and maintain data coming from various sources including personnel, existing data management systems, and hard copy deliveries
Collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
Bachelors degree paired with 7 years of experience
Familiarity with MDA (Missile Defense Agency) and/or other agencies associated with MDA
An understanding of government configuration management processes specifically associated with large, multi-system tests or operations
Experience working in a Task Order contract environment
Advanced skills using MS Office with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to perform travel to support various test events, in some cases for extended periods of time (up to 30 days)
Certification in Configuration Management through the Institute of Configuration Management or similar preferred
Technical Writing experience preferred
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and change
Willingness to learn and express new ideas
Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and as a team member
U.S Citizenship required
