CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management company headquartered in Texas, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Director for Shulas Hotel and Golf Club located in Miami Lakes, Florida. This hotel offers 205 guestrooms, 20,000 sq. ft. of banquet space, and the original Shulas Steak House. Will report to Culinaires Regional VP of Operations.
This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Food and Beverage Director or Director of Restaurants from a larger hotel whom is very passionate about the hospitality industry and ready to move up to the #1 position!
As Food and Beverage Director you must be able to perform effectively in each of these areas:
* Achieving profitable and effective functioning of the restaurant, lounge, room service, and banquets.
* Proactively managing all aspects of financial measurement and operations including budget preparation, food and labor cost control and inventory control.
* Utilizing effective employee management, team building and positive staff communications.
* Organizing and directing the daily activities of the operation to elevate high standards in quality, service and merchandising.
