We are located just off Route 3 in Secaucus at the Harmon Meadows Complex. The hotel offers 151 two room suites, a full service restaurant and bar and 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Supervise the training of all Food and Beverage employees and motivate them to perform their jobs effectively

* Responsible for ensuring that all Food & Beverage operations are in compliance with all systems, control policies and procedures

* Monitor and control payroll and other expenses

* Develop and maintain open lines of communication within the department and with other departments within the hotel

* Resolve guest problems expediently and in a professional manner

* Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered in all Food & Beverage outlets

* Conduct regular departmental meetings

* Schedule staff to reflect daily occupancy and reservations

* Direct the efforts of the Restaurant Manager(s)

* Attend hotel meetings

* Interviewing and hiring of all Food & Beverage staff

* Handle disciplinary actions, coaching and counseling sessions and related personnel issues

* Assist other departments as needed

* Will perform additional duties as assigned
