St. Mark's Hospital provides a full array of services to the surrounding community, including the following service lines: cardiac, NICU, orthopedics, behavioral health, skilled nursing, acute rehab, as well as many others. Under the direction of the Food Service Manager, provides quality
nutritional care and appropriate meal trays to all assigned patients.
Passes and collects patient menus and meal trays. Supplies bulk
nourishments to nursing units. Provides between meal feedings to
patients as needed. Provides pertinant diet information to the AD s
about special needs of patients. Performs other functions as requested.
A. Licensure/ Certification/ Registration: Current Salt Lake County Foodhandlers Permit or ServeSafe
B. Education: Up to and including high school preferred
C. Experience: Previous experience in a hospital diet office preferred
D. Special Qualifications: Work effectively with little or no supervision.
