Facility: Mercy Health Services, Inc. at Baltimore
Department: Food Services
The Food Service Assistant prepares and serves food to patients, employees and visitors. Utilizes safe food handling practices and quality service. Maintains work station during service. Completes all sanitation duties as assigned. Position will provide coverage throughout Corcoran Cafe including, salad bar/cold food prep, pizza station, deli station, and server.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED or pass educational assessment. One (1) year of food service experience preferred. Knowledge of HACCP preferred. Must be bale to perform basic kitchen sanitation duties.
Temp Pool Day Shift Customer service skills are required Experience is preferred
