Overview
To perform necessary food service duties related to preparation and service of food to patients, residents and customers of Rochester General Health Systems (RGHS) facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform assigned stations on the tray-line meeting departmental standards for quality, accuracy and speed.
Perform assigned stations in the dish-room meeting department standards for quality, accuracy and speed.
As assigned, deliver all meals to and from units and/or collect all soiled trays following department standards.
Perform assignments in other areas within the department as requested by supervisor.
Clean all work areas used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code, Chapter 1, Part 14.
Thoroughly replenish work stations and supplies for next meal.
Maintain a personal representation of the Food and Nutrition Service Department through professionalism, hygiene and uniform.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic knowledge of arithmetic, English and grammar; and the ability to follow simple instructions. Per Diem As Scheduled
