The Culinary Institute of Virginia at ECPI University prepares students for success in the competitive field of food service. The Food Service Management Faculty are responsible for the training and evaluation of students in all aspects of how to manage employees, marketing, sanitation, and controlling and managing a food service operation..

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of industry experience
- Teaching experience preferred
Education:
Master's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality Management or related field required.

Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize work flow
Supplemental Information:
