Job Description
Company: Nanticoke Memorial Hospital
Facility: LifeCare at Lofland Park at Seaford
Department: Food Service
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Other experience and education may be considered.
Experience: Experience in food service preferred.
Qualifications: CPR certification. Must be able to successfully meet the requirements of the following: Adult and Child Abuse Registries, State and Federal Criminal Background Investigations. Must possess a current and valid driver s license.
Employment Variables: Must be flexible to meet the various time schedule demands of the position, especially to meet facility special functions. May be required to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts to meet the needs of the department.
Position Summary: The Dietary Waitress or Waiter performs a variety of food service functions which include meal service and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities and equipment. Is cross-trained with the Dietary Porter position and provides relief as necessary. Standby Shifts vary between 5AM-8PM and include weekends & holidays
