This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and to operate a multi-faceted operation that is poised for growth. During the winter season we have over a dozen outlets, including full service, fine dining, cafeterias, bars, a bakery and a night club. We also have solid year-round operations in lodging, with a thriving banquet, catering and wedding business. This operation is ready for someone to take it to the next level and also to be a part in the re-development of our Carinthia base area. The position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of food and beverage leadership experiencefrom fine dining to chicken fingers. Experience in catering, weddings and banquets is essential. A culinary degree is preferred, experience and passion are required. Excellent senior-level leadership experience, concept and menu development, food systems and technical abilities are a must. The position also requires excellent organizational and office skills.
