Establishes initiatives that increase fund development and community support for programs that enhance Meadville Medical Center. Coordinate a collaborative effort that results in the implementation of a comprehensive advancement programs including annual support, major gift, capital campaigns, planned giving, grant preparation, and stewardship. Oversee all Foundation activities, the staff, and keep current all policies and procedures followed for the department s successful operation. Bachelor s degree required. Advanced degree preferred. At least five years experience in fund development. Significant and successful gift solicitation experience. Creative in developing marketing initiatives for fund raising projects. Full-time Day shift
