Looking for a dynamic Front Desk Administrative Assistant to work at a great company in the Santa Monica/West LA area. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience working a busy reception desk, and be looking to advance into more of an Admin role. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and visitors, booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings,processing expense reports, calendaring, and possibly coordinate travel arrangements.
