You would be compensated $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience along with many other perks for working with this client! br   br Your duties as Front Office Administrative Assistant include: br -Greets visitors, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations br -Support Director of Operations with projects br -Support HR with new hire paperwork, filing, and maintaining the HRIS br -Orders and maintains supplies br -Handles the scheduling of corporate provided lunches twice a month br -Communicates notices of the building to all employees br -Maintains conference room/training room calendars br   br Qualifications: br -Minimum of 2 years of front desk/office clerical experience br -Welcoming and outgoing personality br -Multi-task efficient/organizational skills br -Microsoft Office /strong Excel and computer literate br   br Perks: br -Generous PTO and full benefits br -Google esque office environment: full stocked break room, foosball tables, open floor plan, and frequent office parties br -Quarterly bonus structure with frequent raises br   br This position will not last!  Do not hesitate on applying!
