JOB DESCRIPTIONImmediate need for front desk administrator seeking new challenges with a growing company. Schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Company is growing and if you're bored and looking for a bit more of a challenge, then read on. This position will report to be doing heavy domestic travel arrangement (flight, hotel, and other logistics, about 45% of the time). Will also be working on Weekly Safety Meetings to Lead Technicians. Will provide safety training and log updates, Will do union coordination activities. Be responsible for monthly union reporting: May be responsible for updating employee statistical listings for distribution to union per contract requirement. Will function as a receptionist for the Corporate Office Team. Manage flow of information. This position will be the 'go to' person for all inbound communications, mail, phone calls, etc... Will be responsible for incoming mail, Company email and the Fax 'In Box' and will forward and distribute all incoming correspondence appropriately. Book meetings and appointments (as needed). Ordering office supplies (bi-weekly). Data entry, filing, scanning and mail sorting, able to utilize copy and fax machines. Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone communication Supervise the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Will handle travel expenses report (as needed). May assist payroll with time cards data/entry weekly. May work on special projects that may require research and analysis of data and other tasks as assigned.
