As part of the Front Office team, you would provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and patrons in a friendly and caring approach. The Front Desk Agent must have a positive demeanor, good work ethic, and must be committed to heightening the guest experience. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying registration, address, and credit information. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for check in/out following SOPs of the Le Meridien Brand. Work to resolve issues as indicated, and support all Front Desk and hotel initiatives. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.
