Welcome and register guests in an outstandingly friendly, professional, and efficient manner, assigning rooms which satisfy all special requests Obtain necessary credit and payment information from guests Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and operating hours Notify Housekeeping of all special requests, late checkouts, room changes, and day use roomsPost charges received by the Front Desk from other hotel outlets Adhere completely to all Loews Hotels Star Service standards Sell rooms in accordance with Front Desk sales strategies Receive and transmit guest messages Send, receive, and ensure prompt delivery of guest faxes Set up and provide guest wake up calls Perform check out and cash handling activities in accordance with all hotel cashiering and credit policies Distribute and coordinate completion of SQS survey cards during guest check-out Enter guest comments daily on Guest Complaint log for communication to hotel Executive Committee Coordinate room changes for guests Issue, provides access, and close out guest safe deposit boxes Answer telephone calls and guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
