JOB DESCRIPTION: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rogers is looking for full-time or part-time Hotel Guest Service Representative. As a Hotel Front Desk Agent you will be responsible for working with the entire hotel team to ensure our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they walk through our doors when they arrive until they check out. You will also: . Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time Communicate with all departments of the hotel and the rest of the guest service team to ensure all guests' needs are met Develop knowledge of hotel services and amenities as well as surrounding area attractions. Work with General Manager and Front Office Manager to maximize revenue using effective selling techniques when making guest reservations Strive to exceed guest satisfaction goals in all areas of the hotel Comply at all times with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
