Situated on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel is one of Los Angeles' most celebrated beachfront hotels. A top-to-bottom makeover brings exquisitely-restored marble floors, a beautifully reconceived lobby and a transformed oceanfront pool deck with oversized loungers that can be enjoyed while soaking up a magnificent sunset. Additional hotel features include 347 spacious guestrooms and suites, two restaurants and lounges, an eco-conscious spa and wellness center, and immediate proximity to Santa Monica's premier attractions. Previous guest service experience at a 4 - Diamond Hotel is desired. Responsible for performing a variety of duties including guest registration, handling of guest inquiries, acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, with the primary purpose of satisfying the guest and achieving repeat business. Also performs a variety of cashiering functions including guest checkouts. Responsible for upholding hotel credit policy and procedures, as well as the house bank. Continues to strive to reach a higher level of hospitality. Provides a level of service commensurate to that of four Star Hotel.
