Front Desk Coordinator

The Receptionist is responsible for switchboard and administrative functions of plant office, tracks and posts AR/AP. Receives and greets guests, vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. The Receptionist must posses the core values of Integrity, Quality, Passion, Accountability, and Innovation and be Performance Driven, as set forth by the DFA Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience
? High School Diploma or GED equivalent
? Excellent oral and written communication skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish, storngly preferred.
* 2+ years of receptionist/administrative/customer service experience
* 1+ years of AR/AP transaction entry experience
? Computer applications to include Excell and Word
