JOB DESCRIPTION

This Front Desk Coordinator Position Features:

?delivering a professional experience to clients, guests and internal team, including, but not limited to, handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating and maintaining conference room calendars/ scheduling, ordering of office supplies and handling all mail and packages
?Assist business lines in maximizing their efficiency
?Assist in event planning for office parties, team events, catering and volunteer activities
?Prepare presentation materials, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, and updating documents as necessary
?Assist with Emergency Preparedness planning for the office
?Perform and assist in a variety of general office support duties, including sorting mail, binding, copy jobs, running special errands, filing, scanning, researching and compiling information for projects, and conference call scheduling
?Maintain contact lists
?Assist with facilities maintenance including, but not limited to cleanliness of the office, handling work order requests, stocking multiple kitchens and supply rooms and special requests
?Assist in the management of various vendors (i.e. managing Workspeed, Nexus, and other items as requested)

Qualifications and Experience:

?Bachelor?s degree (or commensurate on-the-job experience)
?Requires two years of administrative office experience, ideally supporting a large corporate environment
?Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
?Must be diplomatic and have a strong focus on customer-service.
?Highly motivated, responsible and resourceful
?Prior experience handling high call volume required - Previous call management experience is a plus
?Thorough knowledge of all general office practices, protocols and procedures required
?Willing to work as part of a team
?Exceptional verbal and written communication and people skills
?Must be able to build relationships at all levels
?Proficiency to learn proprietary software systems utilized by the Company
?Ability to work overtime, as needed
?Must be flexible and willing to learn new things
