The Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service while welcoming guests and answering multi-line phones. li Answering phones /li li Ordering all office supplies /li li Transferring and routing calls /li li Receiving daily mail and packages /li li Logging all incoming visitors, guests, clients and customers /li li Distributing access badges /li li Copying, faxing and scanning documents /li /ul

li Outgoing, positive, and professional /li li Minimum one to two years previous administrative office support experience /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook /li li Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment /li /ul
