Comfort Inn & Suites, a Lincoln Asset Management hotel, is seeking friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented individuals to join our team. We currently have part time, front desk guest service positions available, approximately 24 to 40 hours per week depending on hotel occupancy. Shifts are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm and the audit shift 11:00 pm - 7:00 am and based on hotel needs. Candidates must be flexible as the schedule will include, weekends and holidays (time and half paid for working holidays). Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement of the position. Accrual of PTO starts on the first day of employment. Previous hotel front desk guest services experience strongly preferred. Other customer service experience with multitasking skills and requirements will also be considered. Positions require dependable individuals capable of accepting responsibility and following through on assignments. Candidates must be committed to exceptional guest service and 100' satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions as well as demonstrate good judgment and common sense. Responsible for checking our guest in/out, inform guests about hotel facilities/services, fulfill their requests during their stay, answer telephone inquiries, make reservations and ensures a quality experience for the guests. Balance all revenue departments, verify the accuracy of all hotel accounts, and perform all end-of-day procedures for folios from the current day's business. Must provide and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment that is safe for everyone, adhere to all company, state, federal and OSHA safety requirements and follow emergency requirements/policy and how to act upon them. Requires grasping, lifting, bending, squatting, and physical labor, standing, sitting, walking, and reaching over head, repetitive motions, writing, listening ability, visual acuity, and good speaking skills. Must be able to physically lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 lbs. consistently without assistance. Candidates must be able to tolerate cleaning and other chemicals daily. Also the position may have exposure to allergens such as peanuts, chemicals etc. Requirement to treat others with courtesy, dignity and respect in the workplace at all times to maintain a positive guest and associate environment.
