We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Crowne Plaza Nashua team and take on the position of Front Desk Manager. Applicants must possess prior front desk and management experience with strong customer service skills, exceptional leadership and motivational abilities. Holidex and Opera knowledge a plus. Responsibilities include: The operations and scheduling of the front desk department. Ensure all policies, procedures, and rules are adhered to. Set department quarterly and yearly goals as well as coordinate how the department will meet these goals. Guide the Guest Services team toward the attainment of all goals and objectives set forth. Responsible for providing and maintaining the standards and quality of the department to ensure positive guest experience at all times. Achieve operational profit for the hotel and the company through continuous improvement, accuracy of scheduling and reservations as well as overall knowledge of the companys revenue goals.
