Front Desk Reception
This Front Desk Customer Service Position Details:
1. Answers incoming phone calls and routes calls as appropriate. Provides basic program information to callers.
2. Greets all individuals entering the Back to Work program.
3. Provides excellent customer service to staff, employers, and clients.
4. Performs general office duties such as filing, copying, date entry, mail
EXPERIENCE: One year of experience preferred; knowledge of and experience in the Back to Work program a plus; must have great Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills; fully bilingual in Spanish a plus
