span span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' Are you looking to jump-start your career with an industry leader in the financial world?  If so, this may be the Front Desk Assistant position for you!  In this client facing role, you would oversee the front desk and support with incoming calls, scheduling, and mail distribution.  This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get your foot in the door with a fortune 500 organization that allows for excellent career progression!  The pay on this opportunity is $13.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.   br   br As the Front Desk Receptionist, you would be responsible for: br -Greeting guests entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations br -Investigate customer conflicts with inside sales to expedite transfer process br -Orders and maintains supplies br -Handles the scheduling of corporate provided lunches twice a month br -Communicates notices of the building to all employees br -Transmits information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine br -Schedules meetings, and maintains and updates appointment calendars. br -Provides information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided br -Arranges travel and hotel accommodations for corporate needs br   br Qualifications: br -Minimum of 3 years of front desk/office clerical experience br -Excellent written and verbal communication br -Multi-task efficient/organizational skills br -Ability to work in a fast paced environment br -Microsoft Office /strong Excel and computer literate br   br If you are interested in hearing more about this front-desk administrative assistant position, please send your resume to me directly at Leah.Rocco@ajilon.com and apply online at www.Ajilon.com! br   br   br /span br /span
