End Web Developer I.Take designs from PSD to XHTML and forward-thinking
CSSII.Make things work on as many platforms as possibleIII.Develop fluid
and fun functionality and whiz-bang effects with Javascript and jQueryIV.Fix
bugs in unfamiliar codeV.Report to Website Manager as part of the Internal
Web teamVI.Make updates to international sites despite language barriersVII.Work
with various CMS platformsVIII.Ability to think full-site; interpret IA
and designs to build entire siteSkills I.Ability to take a
PSD and turn it into a pixel-perfect pageII.Expert fluency in W3C compliant
HTML/XHTML/CSSIII.Understands the SEO implications of coding decisionsIV.Knowledge
of accessibility guidelines (and when to work around them)V.Proficiency
with a Javascript framework (we use jQuery)VI.Experience building AJAX
applicationsVII.Expert knowledge of browser quirks and limitationsVIII.Self-motivated
with the ability to take the initiative and work effectively both independently
and as part of a team including business stakeholders, designers and copywritersIX.Expert
with Firebug (and other browser equivalents)X.Minimum of three(3) years
