JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for that stellar face of a company that every other company would want. You understand the importance of professionalism on every level, your customer service skills are at the top of the class. You will answer phones, tidy the lobby, offer coffee or water to clients, tidy up the kitchen, order supplies, take care of the mail and help with the odds and ends - without batting an eyelash.
We are looking for a person with a steady smile, a can do attitude, that wants this position for the next 5+ years. Yes, we get attached and have no interest in becoming attached to someone only to have them leave.
As a member of our 'family', we will be supportive and treat you like an integral member of the team. In fact, you are! Without you, our office doesn't function as it should and we recognize this.
This position is currently 30 hours per week which makes it ideal for many!
Experience supporting others (2 year minimum)
A positive attitude
A desire for longevity
Hard Skills include, MS Office Suite, Reception, Typing of 55wpm
