JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin this dynamic team of consultants as an our Front Office Operations Associate. This is not a position for the faint of heart - we are an outgoing bunch that believes Customer Service is the heart of our company. This is a growth role. We are looking for that special person who wants to learn the ropes and become a Consultant themselves. As they say 'You have to start somewhere' and this is the somewhere you have been looking for.
A sample of duties for this particular role include:
- Answer phones by second ring (and with a SMILE)
- Greet customers with WARMTH
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist with sourcing leads
- Keep the office supplies and kitchen tidy and stocked
- Keep the salespeople on task by supporting their needs
- Must have corporate office experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Tech Savvy)
- Articulate both in word and writing
- A thirst for growth
- Outgoing and Enthusiastic
